How do I install Teams?

Are you working on a Mac or a Macbook?

1. Log in at Office.com
2. You are now logged into your personal space in Office
3. Click on "Teams" in de left menu column
4. Click on your profile in the upper right-hand corner
5. Click on download the bureau app. De app is now being downloaded
6. Double Click on the Teams icon in the lower left-hand corner
7. You now see an installation pop up
8. Click on "Continue"
9. Click on "Install"
10. You are being asked to enter login and password. Enter login and password of your Mac or MacBook
11. Click on install
12. The installation is complete
13. Click on "Close"
14. Click on "Go to bin"
15. The Teams app has now been installed

Are you working on a PC?

1. Log in at Office.com
2. You are now logged into your personal space in Office
3. Click on "Teams" in de left menu column
4. Click on your profile in the upper right-hand corner
5. Select Download the desktop app. De app is now being downloaded.
6. Double click on Teams Windows x64 or x32
7. Select Open
8. You will now see the installation pop up. The installation of Microsoft Teams is now starting
9. Your install is finished
10. The Teams app has now been installed
11. Click on the start icon to open the Teams app

How do I install Office apps?

Are you working on a PC?

1. Go to www.office.com and sign in.
2. You are now logged into your personal office environment
3. Select the "Install Office" button in the upper right-hand corner
4. Select "Office 365 apps"
5. This starts the Office 365 download
6. Click on "Office setup" in the lower left-hand corner
7. Click on "open"
8. You will now see the installation pop up. Office is being prepared for installation.
9. Office is being downloaded and the install begins
10. Your install is finished
11. To open an Office app, select the "start" button (lower-left corner of your screen)
12. You now see the icons of the Office apps

Are you working on a Mac or Macbook?

1. Go to www.office.com and sign in.
2. You are now logged into your personal office environment
3. Select the "Install Office" button in the upper right-hand corner. Select "Office 365 apps"
4. You will get a pop-up window. Click on “close”.
5. Click on the “finder” icon of your desktop.
6. Click on “downloads” in the left menu column.
7. Double Click on the “Microsoft Office installer”.
8. You will now get the installation pop-up. Click on “continue”.
9. You now see the license conditions. Click on “continue”.
10. Click on “agree”.
11. Click on “install”.
12. You will be asked to provide your username and password. Fill in the username of your Mac or MacBook.
13. Office is now being installed.
14. The installation is finished. Click on “close”.
15. Click on “go to bin”.
16. Click on the “finder” icon of your desktop.
Where do I find my login details?

You received your login details by e-mail from the school. Be sure to also check your spam folder.

How do I log onto my Office 365 account?

Keep your login and password details ready.

Ensure you have an internet connection.

1. Open your internet browser.

2. Type in office.com in the address bar and click on enter.

3. Click on "accept" to accept cookies.

4. Click on "login" in the orange field.

5. Fill in the e-mail address that you received from the school. Click on "next".

6. Fill in the password that you received from the school. Click on "login".

7. Click "yes" if you are using your own computer, or "no" if you are not using your own computer.

8. You are now logged in.

If you can sign into Teams but you don't see your class team, it means you haven't been added to the class team yet. This may be because you have changed classes or that you have registered at a later time. Please contact the teacher and ask to add you to your class team.
